Harvey is an appellate attorney with nearly 40 years of experience handling civil, commercial, and criminal appeals. He has litigated over 1,400 appeals in Florida’s appellate courts and obtained unanimous decisions in both the United States Supreme Court and the Florida Supreme Court.

Harvey is a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and has been recognized in Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Elite. He taught appellate law at the University of Miami School of Law for over 30 years. Harvey earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Ph.D.
