Mark advises private post-secondary educational institutions in regulatory and administrative matters before Florida state agencies, with over 25 years of experience in appellate, administrative, and criminal law.

Specializing in matters involving the Florida Commission for Independent Education and the Florida Board of Nursing, he provides regulatory counsel and advocacy for educational institutions navigating state compliance and licensure requirements. He also serves as a registered lobbyist, offering government relations and legislative advocacy services to clients before Florida’s legislative and executive branches.

Prior to opening his own firm in 2009, Mark served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Judge Michael Allen at the First District Court of Appeal for ten years. Mark earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and based in Tallahassee.
