Luis is an honorably retired Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD) Lieutenant who served the community for 32 years. Prior to joining ALGO, he was Assistant General Counsel for the South Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA). He specializes in labor and employment law for public sector employees and local governments, criminal defense, and family law.
