Federico leads the firm’s Chile practice and serves as Managing Director of LegalKap, a global legal services provider based in Chile. He focuses on international tax planning, cross-border transactions, wealth structuring for high-net-worth individuals, and immigration matters.

With over 15 years of experience, Federico advises foreign and domestic companies on multi-jurisdictional transactions, cross-border tax advisory, and corporate matters spanning multiple tax systems and treaty jurisdictions. He represents transnational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, foreign investors, and family offices from Chile, China, Spain, the United States, and other jurisdictions worldwide.

Federico earned his LL.M. in International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, Spain, and his law degree from Universidad de Los Andes Law School in Santiago, Chile.
