Giancarlo is a law clerk supporting the firm’s litigation practice through legal research, drafting briefs and memoranda, and assisting with case strategy and client meetings.

Giancarlo is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Miami School of Law, where he is a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient and earned a Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Property. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lody Jean in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Criminal Division, gaining courtroom experience and insight into judicial decision-making. He also previously worked as a legal assistant at a boutique law firm handling civil litigation, probate, estate planning, real estate, and family law matters.

Giancarlo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics from Florida International University, where he graduated with honors. He is fluent in Spanish, has working knowledge of Portuguese, and is involved with the Hispanic Law Students Association and the Cuban American Bar Association.
