Donald is a trial attorney with over 30 years of experience representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation throughout Florida. Donald began his career in 1989 as an Assistant State Attorney under Janet Reno, handling thousands of criminal cases before being elevated to Division Chief. In 1992, he entered private practice and opened his own firm in 1994. He handles personal injury matters, wrongful death, class actions, workers’ compensation, labor law, intentional torts, and bad faith insurance claims.
