Michelle focuses her practice on real estate transactions and advisory matters, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and business clients in residential and commercial purchases, sales, leasing, and entity structuring throughout Florida.

Before dedicating her practice to real estate, Michelle handled commercial and construction litigation, representing contractors, developers, and companies in complex disputes involving contracts and project performance. She previously practiced criminal defense, where she gained significant courtroom experience and developed strong advocacy skills.

Michelle’s litigation background enhances her transactional work, allowing her to identify risks early and structure deals that protect clients from the start. She is a licensed real estate broker, bringing both legal expertise and practical market insight to every transaction.

Michelle serves on the Coral Gables Parks and Recreation Board and is admitted to practice in Florida.
