Lilliana works with ALGO on marketing, communications, and operational strategy, bringing over 10 years of experience in business operations, marketing strategy, and organizational design across agency, startup, and consulting environments.

Prior to ALGO, Lilliana served as Head of Operations & Marketing at OTH Network, a creator fintech startup, where she scaled the creator network, developed strategic partnerships, and drove significant revenue growth. She also spent nearly a decade at WPP, serving as Global Operations Director and Account & Content Director, leading accounts for brands including General Electric, Bayer, and Ralph Lauren and generating $10M in new business.

Lilliana earned her B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Hospitality from the University of South Carolina and studied Spanish Language & Literature at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Japanese.
