James leads business development and client acquisition, leveraging over 23 years of experience building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence across multiple industries.

Prior to joining ALGO, James served as Vice President of Sales at Rexall Sundown, where he built the company’s wholesale business from $3 million to over $1 billion in sales. During his tenure, he developed partnerships with major retailers and distributors including Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Kroger, and others nationwide. His strategic initiatives contributed to Rexall Sundown receiving Vendor of the Year honors from Walmart, selected from over 20,000 vendors.

James has served on advisory boards for Publix Supermarkets’ Circle of Champions and participated in business development boards for Target and Walmart. His expertise in relationship development, market strategy, and business growth enables him to identify opportunities and build partnerships that drive firm expansion and client acquisition.
