Frank supports Business Development at ALGO, bringing decades of operational leadership experience from law enforcement and port security to support the firm’s strategic growth and client development.

Frank retired from a distinguished career with the Miami-Dade Police Department and the Miami-Dade Seaport Department at Port Miami, where he coordinated complex multi-agency operations, strengthened security protocols, and oversaw major capital improvement initiatives. His leadership in high-stakes, high-visibility environments gives him a unique perspective on operational efficiency, crisis management, and interagency collaboration.

Throughout his career, Frank managed large teams and complex budgets while maintaining a focus on safety, innovation, and strategic planning. At ALGO, he applies this experience to support business development, client relations, and operational strategy.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s Degree in Executive Management from St. Thomas University, and a Certificate in National and International Security from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
