Frank represents clients in complex litigation, real estate development, and high-stakes business matters throughout Florida. He brings over 30 years of experience shaped by both courtroom advocacy and in-house counsel leadership.

Frank began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office under Janet Reno, gaining extensive trial experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony matters. He later entered private practice, handling medical malpractice, toxic tort, and construction defect litigation before serving for 16 years as in-house General Counsel to a major South Florida real estate developer. In that role, he represented ownership interests in every phase of large-scale commercial and residential projects, including acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and dispositions.

His in-house experience gives him a practical, business-driven perspective that allows him to focus on outcomes that make sense for his clients. Frank has guided clients through complex litigation and extraordinary economic challenges, achieving favorable results in high-value matters. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and County Court Mediator with extensive experience resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation.

Frank has served as Chair of the Ethics Advisory Committee for the Miami-Dade County School Board and former Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He has also taught Construction Law and Torts as an adjunct professor at Florida International University. He is fluent in Spanish.
