Gillian represents technology companies and startups in commercial transactions and contract negotiations. She drafts and negotiates SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, vendor and customer contracts, employment agreements, and other commercial matters. Her practice also includes implementing contract procedures and policies, and resolving commercial disputes through negotiation and mediation.

Prior to joining the firm, Gillian served as In-House Counsel at IPTV Americas, LLC, where she managed commercial transactions and corporate matters for a technology services company.

Gillian is fluent in Spanish and admitted to the Florida Bar. She earned her J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law and her B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut.
